Best Lebanese and Mediterranean: Cham's Lebanese Cuisine  

Cham's Lebanese Cuisine (610 Market St) has been a downtown staple since 2006, run by brother and sister Rizkallah Helou and Chams Ekelman. Both were born in Lebanon and brought their family recipes to Parkersburg. Everything on the menu is made fresh in-house, from the hummus and tabbouleh to the shish kabobs and grape leaves. Definitely save room for the homemade baklava.
